We stand behind our products with our 100% Money Back Guarantee! If you are unhappy with any WINPRO product for any reason or your dog’s results with it, it can be returned for a FULL REFUND (excluding shipping).
If you request a refund for return, the refund will be granted and credited back to the account it was originally charged to no later than 7 business days after the product has been received by WINPRO. It may take up to 3-5 business days for the bank to recognize the credit on your end and for your account to reflect the credit.
Purchases must be returned (ship date) within 60 days of the original purchase in order to receive the full refund (excluding shipping).

SHIPPING POLICY:
WINPRO product can be shipped to all 50 states within the United States, as well as overseas APO / FPO military addresses.
If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- Federal Express and UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- Shipping rates will be based upon delivery distance and weight of package being shipped.
- Final shipping costs will be stated before completion of checkout.
- Out of state shipments will not be charged sales tax. All orders shipped to Iowa or Tennessee addresses will be charged appropriate sales taxes.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email to the address provided at the time the order was placed when all or part of your order is shipped. This email is sent after the first shipping carrier scan. The email will include the tracking number. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number for every shipment. You can check the status of your order anytime by visiting the carrier website (whichever service you selected) and entering your tracking number.
